Delivery Warranty
Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen cares about its products and always strives to deliver them to you in perfect condition.
If you notice something is wrong upon delivery, you must report this within 48 hours via info@schoonheidssalonpaumen.nl.
After this period, complaints can no longer be accepted, and the products are considered approved by the buyer.
Product Warranty
If your product stops working (for example, pump mechanisms), never attempt to open or repair the product yourself!
If you have opened the product, we can no longer accept it for return.
Opening or modifying the product may cause it to stop functioning completely.
If your product is defective, we always ask for a photo or video.
This allows us to determine whether the product is truly defective or being used incorrectly.
You can report a defect via info@schoonheidssalonpaumen.nl.
We will gladly look for a suitable solution for you.
Please note: damage caused by dropping or improper handling is not covered under warranty. Pump mechanisms, glass, and pressed powders are delicate items—handle them with care.
