Cooling-off period / returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.
You will then receive a full refund of your order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@schoonheidssalonpaumen.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back by us in good condition.

No problem at all. You can contact our customer service via email. However, we kindly ask you to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Provided the wrong delivery address?
No worries, we are happy to help. Accidentally submitted an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order before it is processed.
