ORDERING AND SHIPPING
When you place an order with us, you can count on fast delivery. You will receive free matching samples with every order and a discount card with 10% off your next purchase. You also automatically save points with our BeautyMiles loyalty program.
Your ordered products are packed with great care and shipped via PostNL, often on the same day. We stand for quality and are known for our excellent service. At Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen, we pay attention to every detail to give you a unique shopping experience!

ORDERING
Order your favorite products in just a few simple steps:

1. Select your product and click ‘Order’.
2. The product is automatically added to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
3. While shopping, you can click on your ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top right to review or update your items.
4. Ready? Then you can complete your order!
5. Do you have a discount code? Enter it at ‘Discount code’ and click apply. The discount will be deducted immediately.
6. Ready? Click on ‘Complete order’!
7. New customer at Schoonheidssalon Jacqueline Paumen? Choose ‘Register new customer’ to create an account.
8. Already have an account? Log in under ‘Existing customers’.
9. Choose your payment method and preferred shipping method.
10. Have you filled in everything correctly? Click next.
11. In the comments field, you can add any questions or notes.
12. Check the box “I agree to the terms and conditions” and click ‘Place order’.
13. Paying with iDeal: Choose your bank and pay in your trusted banking environment.

Yes, done! You will receive a confirmation of your order. We will pack your items with attention and care. Just a moment of patience — you will be enjoying your favorite products soon!

PAYING DIRECTLY WITH IDEAL OR DID YOUR PAYMENT FAIL?
No worries! Your invoice (attached to the confirmation email) contains a payment link. Bank transfer is also possible — all details are listed on the invoice.

SHIPPING
If you place your order before 15:00 on weekdays, your package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will still be processed with priority until 17:00. If this is not possible, your order will be shipped the next business day.
We keep all products in stock as standard. Occasionally a product is so popular that we must wait for a new delivery. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days. If it takes longer than 3 days, we will contact you.

Free shipping
We ship all orders to the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL. You can choose home delivery or delivery to a PostNL pick-up point.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped via PostNL, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code. You can easily follow your package and see when it will be delivered or ready for pickup at your chosen PostNL location.

Package not collected and returned
If you choose delivery at a PostNL pick-up point, we expect you to collect your package within 1 week. If your package is not picked up within the required time, it is returned to us. Unfortunately, in that case we must charge € 12.50 administration costs.
